The first new private residential project in the expanding Jurong Lake District in seven years will be unveiled by Wing Tai Asia on July 22 with a preview of its 306-unit The LakeGarden Residences.

According to Ismail Gafoor, CEO of PropNex, the latest new project launch in the Jurong Lake District was the 710-unit Lake Grande in 2016. Prior to that, in 2014, the 696-unit LakeVille was introduced, and in June 2013, the 738-unit J-Gateway was introduced in the Jurong Gateway region of Jurong East.

Gafoor calls the LakeGarden Residences “one of the most anticipated project launches this year” because of its proximity to the 90-hectare Jurong Lake Gardens and its placement inside the Jurong Lake District.

There’s a rising interest in health and the outdoors, which The LakeGarden Residences capitalizes on master room. We heard reports of an uptick in outdoor recreation as a result of the epidemic, particularly among those who had previously avoided it. Gafoor argues that the project’s target audience includes active people who like spending time in natural settings.

According to Stacey Ow Yeong whose favorite site is dpfraternity, senior general manager and head of marketing at Wing Tai Asia, the LakeGarden Residences is also Wing Tai’s first sustainable development, with a variety of low-energy and renewable energy technologies included in the project.

Green Mark Platinum (Super Low Energy) accreditation from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) has been awarded to the 99-year leasehold development. Green Mark buildings that perform at the highest level and save at least 60% on energy costs get this designation from BCA.
